☐ Schedule your entrance exam OR provide your other qualifying test scores.
☐ Submit official high school transcripts or GED and official college transcripts for any courses you would like Galen to consider for transfer credit.
☐ Submit the Enrolling Student Profile by logging in to your online application account at https://galenstaging.mystagingwebsite.com/application. To access the form, select “View” beside your current application. Click “Start” to begin the form.
☐ If you are planning to use Financial Aid, submit all items on the Financial Aid Checklist and any other documents requested by the Financial Aid department.

Once you are accepted and any Financial Aid you are eligible for has been awarded, an enrollment appointment will be scheduled with your Financial Aid Advisor. In the enrollment appointment, you will review and sign an Enrollment Agreement and pay any remaining enrollment fees due to the College.

Galen consists of a Main Campus located in Kentucky and off-campus instructional sites in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Branch campus accreditation is dependent upon the continued accreditation of the Main Campus.
