Jennifer Jackson is the Regional Director of Campus Operations. She is responsible for providing leadership in managing campus operations to the Texas campuses. Jennifer joined Galen in May 2021 as the Associate Director of Campus Operations at the San Antonio campus. In her first year, she played a major role in restructuring the enrollment team and coaching them to the largest enrollment starts in Galen’s history.

Jennifer is a Michigan native. A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, she earned her MEd in Educational Leadership and BBA in Management. She began her higher education career in 2004 at Saginaw Valley State University as an Assistant Director of Student Life. Since then, she has held positions in various college departments including, Minority Student Services, Academic Advising, Student Support Services, and Campus Operations. 

With 11 years dedicated to higher education, Jennifer advocates for improving operational processes to enhance the student experience through support services to include the enrollment process, active student support and state-of-the-art facilities. She is also committed to interminably empowering and developing staff to reach their desired career growth.
